Things to know when considering ownership at

1.  In order for Sun Eagle Bay to operate effectively and  
     efficiently, each property owner is responsible for annual
     dues.  Dues are based on number of lots you own and
     can be found in the deed restrictions and bylaws of the
     Owners Association.  Please discuss this with the 
     current property owner when considering a purchase
     at Sun Eagle Bay.
2.  All property improvements and/or additions must be
     submitted to our Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
     for review and approval prior to beginning any   
     improvements and/or additions.  This process helps
     ensure the overall integrity of our community.
3.  Please read theDeed Restrictions and Bylaws
     thoroughly.  These documents will help you understand
     property ownership and related responsibilities at Sun
     Eagle Bay.
4.  All lots are owner occupied - no rentals
